Hello,

Can someone explain to me why after every update, my memory is lower, i have now only 114 MB available ...

You need to clean your memory! Uninstall ALL HMODS, install the extra space mod, then see what comes up as your total memory, and let me know:)

No problem! Hope you get to enjoy some of the obscure things in my set, such as Turbografx-CD!
Thanks I'll be adding gb gba gbc all Super Mario games and snes Rom hacks as well. Also I just loaded my games only 5 needed the retroarc now. Once I started the snes game with retroarch the border was added as well and this is awesome. No more black sides on the screen

Long time, first time...

Is it somehow possible to make the dual boot mod also switch around the controller ports?

So when you switch to NES Mini mode, controller port 2 becomes controller port 1, or player one.

Why? So you can have the NES Classic controller plugged into port 2, and use that for NES games!

That's the ultimate 2 in 1, using the original controller for both systems.
i think thats only possible with a mod.
but why not use the snes controller for the nes?

While fceumm & nestopia cores are hardcoded into hakchi itself?
Yes i think they are because when I only had install snes2005 and went to the game and choose on the option to load a core I saw 2 core apart from the snes9x2005

I think these images may help those that want to dual boot.

Power system on and wait 20-30 seconds, then go to module uninstall. Check any that show up and uninstall them. Then see what your memory is.

@KMFDManic quick question, im running metall slug super vehicle 001 using mame2010 core in your set, it runs well but lags a bit in places really badly, am i using the right core/bios or shoulld i try something else?

Will i loose the ability to launch gba, genesis games by doing that ?

I remember i had 300 Mb when the hack came 2 weeks ago, now i have only 120 Mb at the maximum. I can't believe the HMODS tooks 180Mb like that, that's too much ...
Is that possible the old kernel are still there ?

Just reinstall cores u need again. U will find more space if u install extra space mod from latest hakchi, too.

still need help with my retroarch savestate issue, can save and load but when rebooted loading fails

every game that was start make saves.
when you have 180mb less then look in the save manager.

before i install a new mod version i uninstall the old versions.

and i use the extra space mod on my mini snes.
before i would install this mod i would backup all saves and delete them..
after install that mod i would import the save backups.
with that no saves are lost

Last edited by Liriel,
normal saves are ok but with retroarch i have issues with loading states after a reboot of the snes.. the file is there but the load does nithing
