no it doesnt ... for nds and n64 the rom size does not matter at all you can put a bigger rom or smaller and it works, for snes,nes its where you need to look at the rom size.Just as a heads-up, for NDS injection, Kirby Mass Attack seems to have the best results, since the injected ROM's size needs to be smaller or equal to the original ROM's file size. Since Kirby Mass Attack is such a big game, it's ideal to use.
Also, the DS script seems to hang on "IS the injected ROM a US or EUR rom?" and doesn't move to the options until enter is pressed, but then the script fails since "goto was not expected at this time."
