ROM Hack How do I get NTR plugins to work?

I already have NTR, but, I can no longer get cheats to work. I don't know why, though. They used to work very well.
I also have a Mirai DX hack for Luma, my other plugins do, but this one doesn't

I have B9S, NTR 3.6, Firmware 11.6, and a USA O2DS.
Is there anything I can do?

Plugins go in SD:/plugin/<titleid>, replacing <titleid> with the game's title ID (can be found with FBI). Do not use the Mode 3 version of BootNTR Selector if you are using any of these games as they are not extended memory mode games and Mode 3 is for extended memory mode games only. Use default settings for BootNTR Selector.

ACNL's plugin requires the v1.5 update and the green backgroun/white leaf icon for ACNL. For further assistance, post in the BootNTR Selector thread.

In what way are they not working?

You place the plugins in the correct spot, have BootNTR Selector set to default settings, launch normal, non-Mode 3 BootNTR Selector, select 3.6, launch your game, you should see a green flash on the Nintendo 3DS loading screen. Then try pressing the button combination it says to press to open the cheat menu. It's not hard.

Even if I boot NTR, there is never a green flash. I don't know why, there just isn't.

Your BootNTR Selector settings are wrong then and it trying to read your plugins from a different directory. Delete everything related to BootNTR Selector off of your system, reinstall it, then choose the default settings. If that doesn't work, ask in the BootNTR Selector thread.

I have a similar problem, although I see the green flash (This is for ACNL Plugin) and although I see the cheats menu, when I enable things, it does nothing...Help?
