The project is stalled now because we have to wait that Skybladecloud get a new rig, right?

oh then its fake the link is on the file i cant seem to reply with the link on the message so yeah i put it there
it sure looks like it. if you've got antivirus, you could try it out anyway and let us know how it turns out. the screenshots are probably from one of the threads or are just from the first game's translation.
EDIT: from what i can see, the download is in fact an iso, but whether that means its real, a virus, the first game, or whatnot remains to be seen. im gonna download it and run it through a few scans and see what comes of it

from desperately trying to find a English patch for god eater 2 on google before i stumbled to this site
then don't download anything, there is no patch because Sky hasn't finished yet, and there is no one else translating it. the only thing you'll find will be ads and viruses. just wait a few months until Sky is finished.

im pretty well protected (and bored), so im gonna download it anyway just to see what it is. i'll use a virtual machine, just in case, then do a good scan before testing it.

and also try to visit god eater wiki someone there says its complete but machine translated
believe me, a machine translation is the last thing you want to try, they are absolute garbage.

I haven't been gaming for such a long time. Been mostly busy with sleep, hardware tinkering and checking GBAtemp frequently.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Hope you've had a good morning.

It's going alright thanks :) I know what you mean with gaming time. It's precious where I can get it these days.

I think that's why I focus on just enjoying single player experiences that aren't too competitive

    How are you doing?

There's also this thing where I'm hyperfocused at night and cannot get to sleep.

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
