Mods tell me if I'm wrong, I don't know if I can upload my own YT videos here.
Basically, I discovered that when in you're in you're ball form and you put a bomb under yourself, it gives you an upward boost, and this can be used in many ways
I'll leave the video here with the example, hope you'll make a better use of it
You can't.This isn't a trick, consecutive wall jumps with only one wall, that is a trick, but I don't know if it can be done in this metroid though.
You can.I'm pretty sure you can do this in Smash.
Geez man, I still don't get why you guys have to be so angry with these things sometimes.Let's rename that thread " Unknown obvious gameplay tricks". Who knows, that could help beginners...
In "Super Mario Maker" I noticed that if you press down on some of those "big green hose" thingy you get to some kinda secrets zone of the game. Don't know how to spot the special ones though.
Didn't try it on older Mario games. Might not be working for all of them. Someone should try.
Ok shot a little quick there... But everyone wants to be captain obvious.Geez man, I still don't get why you guys have to be so angry with these things sometimes.
It's obvious that some users (like me and OP) haven't played Metroid that much as you guys do, but come on, give us a break!
"I'm a hardcore Metroid fan and this thread enfuriates me because you n00bs didn't know this" well OK for you but there's no need to be so angry about it right?
I'm a Smash fan and if someone who never played Melee discovers the wavedash technique I wouldn't be like "DUUHH It's A gameplay mechanic you n00b, EVERYONE KNOWS IT"
I would be more like "Yeah, you can do that"
...by assuming that everyone that owns a nintendo console have 100%'ed every Metroid game and knows everything about the franchise....Ok shot a little quick there... But everyone wants to be captain obvious.

Even I knew about that feature, and I've never played the 2D metroid games....by assuming that everyone that owns a nintendo console have 100%'ed every Metroid game and knows everything about the franchise....
Gonna try later heheThis isn't a trick, consecutive wall jumps with just one wall, that is a trick, I don't know if it can be done in this metroid though.
>Infinite bomb jump isn't a featureAaaaand again, aggresivity everywhere If it's the first Metroid game he plays, even if he's 60y/o that would not make more sense for him since that technique isn't explained in the game. And since you can achieve sequence breaking by using that infinite jump, I think it's clearly not a feature. Actually it got blocked in Metroid Fusion for that exact reason.
