First, sorry for bad english

I, a have a New 3ds bricked without nand backup and a wish unbrick it.

I use the NTRBootHax to "unlock" it, after that I enter in godmod9 with luma chainloader and make a 11.5 ctrnand transfer.
After that I reload the 3ds and it dont boot, show the "An error has occurred: Failed to mount CTRNAND."

Any help?

Didn't work for mine. But then again, neither did d9.
The Lazarus3DS script should work everywhere - even on a completely blanked out (= empty) NAND. If it doesn't, you may want to ask @AnalogMan. There are advantages of using Lazarus3DS over D9, in that the D9 restore is still incomplete (= not everything may work), while the Lazarus3DS script guarantees everything working.

Thanks for forwarding me, hopefully this device will see light again one day

I honestly would have tried this if nothing worked.

But I took a look over and, uh, a lot of work ...
D9 is much easier.

Also, does this method clone localfriendcodeseed_b? It does not seem like a very nice idea to have several people with my seeds out there ...

@AnalogMan's script saves everything it can. You still got a copy of that file, but no full NAND backup?

Anyways, D9 does not fix your TWL partitions, meaning no more palying any DS related stuff (eshop, retail carts, flash carts). Lazarus 3DS is more complex because it fixes more.

Just DSi/DS functionality is broken after completing the guide of Troubleshooting section of 3ds.guide do not fix this?

Yes, I think that sums it up. And there are a lot of cases where D9 really can't do nothing anymore, but the Lazarus3DS script actually saves your ass. So, it's also, *if* you manage finishing the troubleshooting section.

To be blunt, using D9 for that stuff is not recommended anymore and recommending it is not recommended anymore either. It may work, you may be satisfied with the results for now. But, then, later on, you recognize DS/DSi stuff no more working, and you may have no idea why, starting you on your way to a frantic error search. Or, it doesn't work at all, and you just give up. Put in the extra work, do the extra mile, use the the Lazarus 3DS script - you console will thank you in that it is in a defined working state afterwards.

When people try a GodMode9 CTR transfer and it doesn't work, should we be recommending the Lazarus script instead of D9?
