Both GameCube and Homebrew rely on the same base, have you modified any files in the TOOLS\HOMEBREWBASE\ folder? The logs show that no files are being copied from that directory properly. I would recommend that you try re-downloading the script.there we go

Hmm all the correct contents seem to be there, could be a weird folder permission issue. I don't know your setup, but maybe extract the script to your desktop instead of E:\Programs
