Hacking How do I system transfer?

So I just got a new 3DS and it's on 11.0. If I do a system transfer from a hacked system do you think that would put my new console at risk of being banned? I'm also scared that someone else might have hacked and banned the system already as well since it's kinda weird that it's on 11.0. My old system is on 11.5 and still has Luma 6.6 on it. I can't open anything online to check if the new system has a ban due to update request but Streetpass is working. Will the system transfer break the custom firmware on either system?

Not in the slightest. Everything will work completely and smoothly as long as both 3ds consoles are running cfw. Not sure if the pirated games will transfer though, so I'd suggest backing those saves up with jksm beforehand and reinstalling them with freeshop afterwards.

If you're still on luma 6.6 on your old system you might want to upgrade to b9s and the latest luma, follow https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

The pirated games will transfer but won't show up until you restore the tickets. @marbles73 if you have any doubt in your ability to do that then yeah backing up the saves with JKSM before the transfer is a good idea.

Nope, not at all.

Do you mean where the source console has A9LH and the target console has B9S? No issues there.

I have to switch the SD cards during the transfer but then I'll be switching custom firmware files around. I'm not sure how to go about copying them correctly.

You can have both arm9loaderhax.bin and boot.firm on each SD card so both consoles can start up correctly with either card.
