Looking at Xenoblade it's not the asset Nintendo used for the Wii VC one, not by a long shot xD, tried to fit in the frame without screwing aspect ratio, it's the best I got

now that i check i am more sure the bootTV.tga comes from the opening.bnr of the wii ....completely kept aspect ratio :

Have no idea why the animation preview looks like shit in my Wii Banner Player , I extrated the opening.bnr direct from the iso with WiiScrubber, then with Dolphin as you said... the size of the bnr 439kb
