It's a detective game made by rockstar which has an AMAZING storyline.
This one is probably a remake with new stories.
The old game had lots of DLC which sucks. My friend bought most of it tho so i've got some of it free.
it wasnt made by rockstar and its not a remake

I got it when it was new on PS3, and I had all the DLC as well. Not that excited for a rerelease, especially at the price point ($40 for PS4 and XBone, $50 for Switch).

It's a really interesting concept but it's very much a trial and error type game (or maybe I just can't read faces for shit idk). It also never made much sense to me that for each statement you're presented 3 options (Lie, Doubt, and Truth or something like that), and sometimes Doubt is a gentle push for further info and sometimes it immediately escalates to a verbal argument that 'fails' that particular interrogation scene. It's just not a very consistent or cohesive experience IMO.

It's not really worth the full price of admission but if it drops in price quickly or goes on sale I'd recommend at least giving it a shot and seeing if it's your thing if you like crime stories or enjoy searching out hidden clues and such.

Isn't this the detective game where no matter how poor your detecting skills are, you'll solve the case anyways?
well, not really. if you perform badly, you won't catch the culprit and will have your head yelled off by your boss or something (which is pretty traumatising with the motion captured faces).

You are kinda late, and it will cost 10 bucks more on switch making it the more expensive version compared to the others, so meh.
