This thread is literally a copy/paste of the arc13's one. Way to make a thread with no effort other than i guess updating the links to paul's fork.

But oh well, arc13 is dead so i guess this will work for the pirates.
What would you rather have seen? Arc's thread was beautifully comprehensive in terms of FAQ, general info and all that.

Also, the OP is now Dion, who is basically the Discord severs' admin, meaning that if Paul ever quits, we can now switch forks without having to make a new thread.

The alternative would be to get one of my threads (Paul asked me to make it but I declined) which would just be:

Code:
[list]
[*] [url=http://google.com]Release[/url]
[*] [url=http://google.com]Sauce[/url]
[/list]

Please report any issues on the Issue tracker.

So what would you rather have: A crappy boring thread or one that is very comprehensive to the software at hand.

If it works, don't fix it.

So whats the advantages to using this instead of the old one?
( would like a faster internet download speed cause it seems its limited to just 600KB/S )

The new cache-updating process is superior to the old method (i.e. game lists should be updated quicker). Functionally, it's pretty much the same otherwise. New updates will presumably require the use of Paul's fork.

Afaik that hasnt changed yet. You should be good if ya got it right.
Oh great, thanks.
Although I am seeing that some titles still do not appear, seems like there isn't as many people uploading titlekeys anymore.
Hey Pikmin's still missing from the US servers, only the EUR one is available.

What will be changed? If we wish to stay on 3.1.4, what will happen?
It will likely remain as is. The auto-update cache would be left out. The only thing I can possibly see is that if arc does not compile anymore cache files for the 3.1.4 that you wont see any future games included.
