I am putting in effort, i'm trying to recreate Miiverse using Weebly, now that's a huge challenge, right there, you obviously have to put effort into a website if your working with Weebly

You don't have the skills to do this. Weebly should not be used for this.

My two cents; Weebly is fairly trash, this has a terrible base and is little more than a concept from someone that claims to know HTML. It would be cool if this takes off but for the now I'm pretty skeptical.

EDIT; Maybe show more of a PoC with a cheaply bought domain and it might end up community funded, but for now, anyone could replicate what's currently been done.

you don't have to homebrew, you can just open miiverse 2 on the 3ds and wii u browsers

The biggest bump in that plan would be the lack of an ability to make posts from in game, like in Mario Maker

You can't just make a website for miiverse, that's only part of it. Do you know anything about coding for the 3DS and Wii U?

You're using weebly. Weebly is not customizable code-wise. That is impossible.
