Running sd2vita with 32gb. Got another spare 32gb could i run both cards with different games out of interest?

you should prepare your second sd card same way and it will work

technically you can you just gotta make sure you prep the spare and make sure you completely power off your Vita while swapping SD cards
just remembered everytime you swap card your live area will refresh everytime you do
