Windows 10 stuck on logon screen(no keyboard input)

My laptop was lagging so much for no reason recently. So i did a virus scan and nothing bad showed up. I then uninstalled my antivirus software because i found that avast was slowing down my pc. Well..after the pc restarted i no longer can type my password to log on to my pc
Tried connecting external keyboards and they too are unresponsive. Mouse wirks fine though
And at the bios menu i can use the keyboard perfectly fine.

Why did this happen. I dont wanna formatt ny laptop and go through all the initial setup. Its si annoying

Yes i did reset it. And it has an i76700 hq gtx 1060 3gb 1tb hdd 16gb ram ddr4

I would recommend you to use a diagnostic program to see how many bad sectors, read errors you get. Formating is sadly temporary. It will not get rid of the problem if your HDD is indeed failing.

I have three years warranty for this if i am not able to fix it ill send it where i bought
