According to the guide, you need the source 3DS (already hacked with b9s) to set up the flashcard. So no. But if you follow the guide (on the same page as the flashcard setup page), you'll be able to remove the hax from the flashcard so that you can continue using it as a flashcard.

Yes, but if these are only userland entrypoints hacking a old3ds will not be able to put CFW on it. Hopefully these do turn out to be promising kernel entrypoints for the old3ds system

I'm waiting this two, I only have the one 2DS xl , no others So yes need one way to do so.

Also he mention to have one are two files that I got.
1. flipnote studio 3d
2. RPG Maker Fes PLAYER , free - this one seem to have , Download games and Download content .. this is interesting as it uses the Internet..

That's because they can't read and interpret words properly... Its a waste of your time to criticize them... just go with the flow... and you'll be happy.

I wonder why this limitation exists. I vaguely recall using a .nds file to install/update the AKAIO firmware on my Acekard 2i a long time ago. Does this flashing process require certain 3DS hardware for signing purposes?

He does that because it already has everything prepare on it. It easier than swapping files on the same SD card.

Thanks kind of know, but it don't matter, I need a way to start from scratch, I don't have two 3ds/2ds

I bought the New 2ds xl, and is on firmware 11.5.0.38E , just waiting MrNabYph release sometime , So I got the games he mention could be of use, flipnote studio 3ds and RPG maker fes Player
