After re-reading multiple times I believe I can correct it for you:

"Hardware:
Remember to fold down the kickstand on the back of the switch before placing in the dock. Forgetting to do so will cause the kickstand to detach and fly across the room. Luckily the kickstand was built to be detachable, and can easily be re-attached if it does fly across the room.
Also remember to put the console to sleep before docking. Docking the switch while it is powered may cause the system to get very hot. It is recommended to set the sleep time to a low setting to prevent losing battery while carrying it around.
When attaching the joycon wrist strap, be sure to match the + to +, and - to -.

Basically just take care of your health and don't play video games too much. [Really that entire paragraph can be summarized to this one sentence]"

Yeah I know, I would get made fun of in elementary and as a result I didn't speak english openly until highschool because I was afraid people would make fun of me so now I always try to help someone who is having trouble speaking in english.
