Hacking 3ds Saves

So I recently hacked a 2ds with the newest firmware using the 3ds guid but to do that I needed to use my old 3ds with CFW already on it (I had to upgrade to boot9strap). So I fallowed every detail to the best I could but eventually formatted my old 3ds and lost all of my game save (I had about 20ish different games installed with freeshop). But before I formatted my old 3ds I backed up the sysnand and copied every file on the sd card to my computer. I didn't know all my save would be gone but now they are. My question is that is there any way to use the backed up sysnand or the backed up sd data to restore my old save data?

restore your sysnand and copy everything back onto the sd card from your pc. that should restore it

I'll try that. But I'm going to back my sd up again just to be safe.
