Hacking Current firmware on new 'N3DSXL''s?

Hello, I can't find a list, but what is the latest firmware currently new N3DSXL's come with? 11.5 is a pain and I'd much rather have a 11.3 or lower when buying a new one if possible

Unless you are buying a new2dsXL, you have nothing to worry about when buying new in Europe.
