I know a piece of hardware called Wii U that can play BOTW at 30 fps which cost only around 150€ for an used one on an exploitable firmware.
I said this because that's the thing i want to do that is gonna cost most of resources, but i also want to record and edit videos, stuff like that

I know what you mean but a PC around 500€ can do most things well enough except for extreme gaming and emulating. You would need to drop in 300-400 more to be able to emulate Cemu at full speed, while 150€ for a Wii U is much affordable. And honestly speaking the Wii U's library is bad anyway so you can sell it after you are done with that single game.

I mean you can do whatever you want with your money, but I am stating which option is actually worth your money. If you simply aim for BOTW, it is just not worth it to invest on a PC.

The people above indeed make a good point. You can get a cheap, used, exploitable Wii.U for a mere fraction of a PC that'll do well on BOTW. By all means the PC is certainly the MUCH better investment than the Wii.U though and at the pace CEMU is going, it should emulate it perfectly and have much better performance soon enough. Possibly even 60fps!

I built my computer for $480
(if you stay with amd stuff and don't go for the newest, cutting edge tech you can find parts for much cheaper)
an FX-8370 for $130
Amd RX 480 for ~$200 give or take 20 bucks
8 GB RAM for $30
Any AM3+ motherboard ~$60
Any okay PSU ~$50

I can run GTAV at high to max settings at 60 FPS
Cemu is not an issue to run at all

building a computer isn't hard, it's just trying to buy the best value parts for the price

What existing PC equipment do you have that you can possibly reuse parts from e.g. windows, monitor, etc?

Remember, you need Windows 10 for newer CPUs such as Ryzen.

Go with Ryzen rather than intel if you're looking for bang for buck. You go with intel if you have money to burn and want the best of the best on current games. You go with AMD's Ryzen if you want to get the best price-per-performance ratio. That said, I'm not sure how much optimization there is going to be with AMD architecture. The numbers I saw a while back looked a bit bleak, but I'm hoping that's just because of having to add support.

ryzen 1600x, b350 mobo, rx580 should get you started

cemu isnt highly optimized at all for amd stuff and the dev wont im prove it or at least let other do it because its closed source so performance may be questionable when it comes to that

you can build a solid pc for roughly 500$ just dont expect 4k 120 fps but if you just want to play wiiu games just get a wiiu online or look locally on apps like offerup.
I don't need 4K120, my screen doesn't supports that and i don't plan to change it, anyways thanks :)

I already have windows 10. That's one good point :grog:

Is it possible to have GTX 1050 instead of rx580, they are cheaper

I don't mean to hijack the thread but does that mean Ryzen won't work on windows 7? I know it officially doesn't support it but I'm wondering if there is a way to get it working
might be some workaround but not worth the loss of security updates and whatnot. think some old dev version of windows worked but again not worth doing
