The old thread made back in march is out of date. If your on 3.0.0 block these addresses (eshop access won't work, until someone figures out a bypass)
here is the complete list of must blocks
ones known previously:
http://sun.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net:443
http://beach.hac.lp1.eshop.nintendo.net:443
and ones that I found (that you must block to stop update nag! as of august):
http://dauth-lp1.ndas.srv.nintendo.net:443
http://atumn.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net:443
http://aqua.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net:443
you must block all five as of august in order to stop switch nag.

Some useful threads
Fiddler guide

out of date list (but contains stuff not mentioned!)

Eshop problem:so as far as I looked into it (not super deep) it appears dauth is responsible for allowing people into eshop.... but there is a catch. as that also make the system nag for a update.... So this means that somebody has to figure out a tool to force the response to duath to be different or valid. aqua is also the same... As far as I know. Which I'm not the smartest guy on the planet so I could be partially wrong. However I can confirm that all five must be blocked.

do you use your router to block these?

Is it just me or is the list multiplying? In 2 months will we be expected to block a dozen addresses?

Wow, Nintendo must be getting more serious in pushing their updates. Added the new URLs as soon as I viewed this thread.
update for you guys, apparently sun and beach are no longer used, so I guess we can presume Nintendo changed those two to autmn and aqua.

For some reason even if I apply all of these addresses I still get an update nag from games. And eShop still prompts me to update.
How is this supposed to work, and have you connected online and stuff successfully?

In the fiddler it still blocks everything but I can't play games online or go into games without accidently pressing update .

when connecting to the web? make sure your not using any dns (as you just double blocking if thats the case)
no i have my dns set to automatic

also somethings weird it only shows the red symbols on the dauth on and not on the others on the others it shows like a piece of paper

aqua server causes nag for game updates or when downloading one, thus causing a nag for a system update.

Sorry about that.
Yeah I connected aqua and still no luck  These are all the addresses I connected

I'm thinking about just adding all of the IP's listed here to the list but I don't know if it would be safe or worth the effort listed here. https://gbatemp.net/threads/dns-to-block-the-updates-of-the-switch.465952/#post-7208328

what are you using to block them? My router doesn't block any of the switch adresses so I'm forced to use fiddler. If your not use fiddler I would recommend you give it a try.
