ROM Hack Hi, can I hack my 2ds?

Hi, I am looking forward to hacking my 2ds which had installed the 11.4.0-37E version when I bought it. So I was wondering if it's possible, since I've seen the only way to do it is by having the 11.3 version installed. Is there any way in which I can do it with 11.4 or to downgrade the version to 11.3?

There is nothing you can do unless you have another system that's already hacked or a certain kind of DS flashcard for the upcoming ntrboothax.

It's impossible to downgrade.

On 11.4, there are only three options:

• Hardmod method (requires soldering)
• DSiWare method (requires a second 3DS that already has CFW)
• ntrboothax method (requires a compatible DS flashcart) (hasn't been released yet)

There are no exceptions.

I'm not usually this picky, but is your system a 2ds or a New 2ds XL? If it's the latter, hardmod method is still unknown.

Just hold on to it. Things will open up for that firmware in due time. (go ahead and update to 11.5, it's no worse than 11.4, but don't go past that).
