I've got back into playing Pokemon so I downloaded pkhex (newest version, don't have my old one anymore)

When I launch I get this error:
PKHeX Error
.NET Framework 4.6 needs to be installed for this version of PKHeX to run.

So I clicked ok (lead me to the website) downloaded the file.

When I try to install it and get this message "The requested operation requires elevation." which basically means I need admin password which I don't know.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

We can't help without the admin password, what computer are you using? (School, Work, etc.) Also, do you know anyone else who might know the passwoer

It depends on so many things, like what OS, what version of the OS its on, and how the security is set up. But like I said, it would be better if you use PKSM. Or now that I think of it, go to a public library and ask them if you can install PKHeX
With PKSM I have tried to install it multiple times and it always says restart the application.

Just found out he's doing alright, doing a lot of complaining too, rightfully so. Who wouldn't complain after having a seizure and being hospitalized?
