then just enable the "disable arm11 exception handlers" setting
I don't know why people suggest that all the time. All the exception handlers do is display additional info about an error, but the error was going to happen regardless of what the setting is set to.
oh i did it but it still didn't work
Try the latest Luma legacy build from https://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/
It has Rosalina removed and should be more stable.

Sometimes these do cause extra random crashes in the case of applications that purposefully crash back to home menu, or sometimes just randomly for no apparent reason, though those are far and few between.
