maybe try the latest hourly/nightly build of luma? I've yet to encounter any of these exception errors myself. I'm on luma 8.0 w/ 1.2 b9s. I remember ever oasis running fine on my system, but I didn't play much.

I tried 7.1 boot.firm and installed it earlier yesterday and my luma menu said 7.1 and it did the same thing when I turn off the option for ignoring errors it freezes he system to where i need to hard restart it

u should get an "unsupported launcher" error instead though. I'm a bit puzzled by all the exception errors with newer versions of luma.

With ever oasis if you use the European version on a us console for some reason it will not work. As for retroarch I am unsure of what could cause this. Try using the latest stable build.

I have been getting same errors, but with Libretro GBA. I am afraid same errors will happen with 3DS/CIA games, afraid crash will happen when I go to save game progress...:unsure:
I am on Luma 8.1 also and B9 1.2 I think?...

It's positive to see I'm not the only one that has issues maybe it has something to do with luma

well, luma increased in size two fold since luma 7.05 or so, so a lot of added code is there. I'm sure the bugs will be worked out in the coming weeks.

I can understand the frustration since luma has been pretty stable up until b9s 1.2. maybe that was released too early?

Have you all the necessary seeds?
Ever Oasis uses the new encryption layer for its executable, regarding the emulators idk.

I get this error when I boot my 2ds xl
- Try booting without the SD card.
- If it's still present, drain your battery empty and try booting again.
  • If you got a small flathead or Tri-Y screwdriver, you can try removing and reinserting the battery.
  • Only consider this if you're comfortable opening the n2DSXL.
- For further troubleshooting, do these:
  1. Copy everything off your SD card to a computer.
  2. Reformat it as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat.
  3. Do a full Write + Verify Test on the empty card with H2testw.
  4. Delete the *.h2w test files if the card comes back with clean results.
    • If an error was reported, stop the test and replace the hardware failed card. Go back to step 1 or 2.
    • :!: A continuously streaming error means your card is fake. Your data is most likely corrupt.
  5. Copy back everything on your SD card.
    • If there was a continuous error in step 4, replace/supplement your custom firmware setup with the archive found here.
  6. Insert the card in the 3DS. Hold (Select) while turning the system on to access Luma3DS v9.1 configuration.
    • For default settings, select only this option: (x) NAND or user string in System Settings.
    • Unless you have certain mod plugins that requires this, do not use ( ) Disable ARM11 exception handlers.

This would be good time to review if your n2DSXL has Luma3DS v9.1, GodMode9 v1.7.1, and boot9strap v1.3 on both SD card and CTRNAND.

8. Update your custom firmware if any of these three are outdated:
If you were using Luma3DS v7.0.5 or older (arm9loaderhax), use this guide instead:
If you used the CFW starter kit from step 5 and do not wish to have SafeB9SInstaller and/or Decryp9WIP payloads installed on the SysNAND CTRNAND,
you may delete those in:
  • 0:/luma/payloads (before CTRNAND setup).
or
  • 1:/rw/luma/payloads (after CTRNAND setup).
