My laptop has built in NFC. I was thinking about getting some tags so I can use amiibos on BOTW. I've looked and can't find a Windows program. Is there an windows program?

Before anyone says "android". Not an option at this time.

Thanks

Try emulating an android setup with something like bluestacks.

Yeah didn't work. But it's not really that important. Maybe I'll try again in the next few weeks. Thanks for the help though

There's a program called ulread that should be able to make use of the NFC reader.

https://github.com/socram8888/ulread

Not sure if it can write an amiibo tag, but it appears to be able to read them.

It states it can't write. I will have to find a different route anyway. The laptop actually belongs to my employer and we're getting new ones in a few weeks so this thread was kind of pointless. It's either android or my desktop at this point.

Thanks for the info guys. Maybe I'll revisit the idea again in the near future
