We are just a community that help on what we CAN.
Try to redownload TWLoader.
Didnt work? Reinstall 7zip.
Didnt work? Try to find another app that is able to extract .7z files.
Those are my answers, you decide to follow them. Your turn to either follow them or just keep bashing yourself in the desk(I'm sorry for talking like this, but you're honestly being way to harsh to people like us, that we only help if we want. We aren't obligated to help you so )
"Reinstall 7-Zip" isn't a Windows-specific thing.it is alright someone who know what is a debian helped me ...

I know you aren't on Windows, and yes I know what is a "Debian"
I have installed Ubuntu, Kali Linux, Ubuntu Mint, Arch Linux, and almost installed Gentoo(didn't because I didn't know how to do a dual boot by myself, got lazy and decided to end up on Ubuntu)
So don't go saying that I don't know what a Debian is. At least I know how to troubleshoot by myself without asking people
apt-get intall p7zip
Oh, irony.I didn't know how to do a dual boot by myself
