Homebrew Any how to guides?

As you can see by the Noob sticker, I don't have much experience in 3DS hacking/modding, and I've been looking around the forum for a how to/Noob guide. Is there any you can point me to?

Modding a console always comes with risk of a ban. If you're not willing to take that risk, don't mod your console.

Totally right, but there are methods to prevent and to undo (certain) bans. I think even that is written on that guide (if not, there are already some threads here). No matter what you do, it is all at your own risk.

I'm after checking out that and more, and I can't find a SINGLE way to get the Homebrew Launcher on my system.
I've got:

-A stock 11.4 O3DS
-No other 3DS or 2DS running homebrew

I've read up on Doodlebomb, which seemed to be shutdown. And I also can't install boot9strap using DSiWare Game Injection as I have no "source" 3DS.

Then, all you have to do is being patient! I will link you a thread where you have to wait for the release of NTRboothax / MagnetHax. When this will have been released, it will be possible to hack any console even those on 11.4 OFW. All you need then is a compatible flashcart. But now it means waiting / having another "source" console on a lower (hackable) firmware.
