yeah after watching the latest trailer I have to say it looks much more appealing than I thought !
This looks like some kind of Tactics game in Super Mario Universe with breakable defense blocks and whatever.

The Fire Emblem comparison someone mentioned before doesn't seem that off to me plus there is more stategy with the environment

The gameplay looks fun but all the enemies being Rabbids just kills it for me. I really wanna enjoy this game since it has so much potential.. but you know.

It looks awesome, it reminds me a bit of Super Mario 3D World and Mario Party 10 all rolled into one game! I say "awesome" but I nearly say awesome about every Nintendo game so that's not saying a lot! If this has got online potential, it could very promising indeed.

I bet if they used paper mario characters or mario and luigi characters in this game instead of the rabbits, less people would complain about the game. The sad thing is not a single complainer in this thread sees how hypocritical this makes them! The game is something different for a mario game for a change. Rather then admitting the game type and/or style isn't for you, you rather complain and bicker about it.
