So I'm doing the DSIware exploit to transfer my CFW from my O3DS to my N3DS on 11.4.
Problem is when I go to transfer on the Source system there is an update required (same with the eShop and everything) but after trying to update on the N3DS and my friend's O3DS it says they're up to date (11.4.0-37E) which is what my Source O3DS is on.

So is Nintendo just fishing me out? I'm scared to lose all my data again so I'm wondering if any other CFW users were effected, as I was using the eShop fine last night.

I have no idea why that happens, maybe you have deleted a system app, you have to update your system again to see if it works.
