Hardware Updating luma, my 3ds does not start anymore

Hello,
I just updated the luma,
I restart the console after the update, and the console no longer starts, in fact the blue led turns on and off directly ...
Help me plz

you need to update b9s to 1.2. redownload luma 7.1 from here: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases
