Use a homebrew call disc2app, to dump your disc games. You can just use wupinstaller to have it on the HDDHi all! Had 2 questions about dumping some files. First, can I dump my own common keys and title keys? Second, for the files you need to run Super Mario Bros. U, can I dump those from my Wii U too? I don't want to be downloading copyrighted content... I'd rather dump it myself
EDIT: Also, (forgot to ask this before) are downloading shader caches legal?

I haven't used CEMU yet, but i'm pretty sure disc2app gets everything you need from the disc to play the game on cemu, I'll check myself and come back with info in a moment.

Those 4 files aren't part of the game but of the operating system, the most convenient way of accessing them is probably with ftpiiu-everywhereOk thanks

Well i suppose the only way to know is to check. You should be able to just open a folder, on the pc ,inside the address bar, type the ip address on the gamepad to get the ftp connection. If not, use a ftp client software like filezilla.
"mlc01" should be "/mnt/storage_mlc/" or something like that on a real console, but yes you got the idea!
To be honest, there should least be a file manager by now on wii u, like wiixplorer had on wii. Because browsing with FTPIIU is just bad especially for trying to copy files on wifi when you could just do it with a SD/USB device.

Well that too i guess Lol. If only somehow you can use the one in the browser as a stand alone app. But a file manager with media player is nice too
Sorry is a bit complex, the wii u hasn't had best luck in homebrew or exploits that it took a long time to get much done. But is easy once you try it a few times.
