Sadly, I updated it, not even knowing they patched it :( . I was using Soundhax with it. Is there another method I could use? Or should I downgrade it if it's possible? If not, should I get another old 3DS with the last version before this latest one?

I was generally using it to create Pokémon with the Alpha Omega Creator app.

Thanks in advance.

you need a hardmod or dsiwarehax, and (if I'm not wrong) a previous backup of the NAND. If you haven't, just wait a while, with sighax out it's just a matter of months (maybe weeks?) that someone make a tool or something (heard os ntrboothax, going to read more about)

Already exist tools for make universal nand backup? or just writes sighax and left the rest of the nand without touching? (interested on sighax, readed like the 100 first pages of the thread but ironicly left it like a week before it come and I'm not on it lately for some reasons lol)

There's no need for a "universal NAND backup", you just need to use the known-plaintext attack to replace the FIRM partitions with a sighax'd FIRM (such as boot9strap). From there, you have very early code execution and can do whatever.
