I installed my cousin about 3 or 4 months ago Luma in his 3ds but now it is as if he had lost the arm9loaderhax when updating to 11.4 (I do not know if that's the problem, his parents did not give me details, just say that the games do not appear installed).
Also, I can not load payloads, any suggestions?

PS: they have not kept the backup of the nand, only the otp

EDIT: Sorry for the extra question mark, in Spanish it is used and I forgot to remove it :P

If you were using Luma, then a9lh should not be uninstalled when he updated to 11.4
Try to turn on his 3ds with the SELECT button held, if the Luma config screen appear then everything is good

You just need to update Luma to v7.0.5 and it should work. Also I should mention that the latest Luma(v7.1.0) won't be supporting A9LH anymore with the release of boot9strap(B9S). So you might want to update your cousin's 3DS to B9S if the want the have the latest Luma3DS on their console.

I have already tried to load the luma configuration menu, it does not boot even deleting the config file and I have luma in version 7.05, and I do not plan to install b9s until I can not run the arm9lh (because I can't)

What is FBI ? still working ?

Did you put A9LH.bin on the CTRNand ?
If not you can try to delete the A9LH.bin from the SDCard...(when the 3ds does no longer boot your A9LH works)

It has (or had) installed the version that started without sd card without needing to have armloaderhax.bin in the ctrnand

Yes, it's strange because Luma normally protect a9lh from system updates.
If you have a second hacked console, you can always hack the first with the DSiWare boot9strap method

I do not have any DSi games.
Anyway I will wait for the exploit of 11.4 be released (I remember read that a free one had been discovered)
