I'll try to be as detailed as possible and hope someone has some sort of answer.

Not long ago I got a new SD card, 256 gb. I formatted to fat 32 and it works. The problem is getting games from my old SD to the new one.

Whenever I try to do the transfer through the PC, it says that certain files were corrupted like .app, .tmd, data folders, and cmd folders. It gives me error 0x80070570 ( The file or directory is corrupted ). I've tried looking also sorts of solutions but I can't find anything that would work. I did try to just not transfer the games and re download everything, but it always give me a network error and stops the download every time. I've tried re formatting, changing the size of the SD, and fixing it with the command prompt but nothing has worked. And the weird thing is that it says that my old SD is all fine. I'm guessing it's a problem with the new SD card because when moving things from my o3ds to the new SD card, it still didn't work.

I have a n3ds and it's on 11.4. It does run on CFW. My new SD is a Samsung 256gb EVO micro SD. I formatted it several times to Fat32 64kb.

Where did you buy the card? Sounds like it could be a fake. Test it with h2testw ( https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows).html ) or FakeFlashTest (much faster, but wipes your card)
