I'd like to ask a question. Is there any way I can get Ctrbootmanager to work with .3dsx files while I've got sighax installed? From what I've heard, menuhax support has been dropped. How else am I going to be able to load any .3dsx files directly while booting into NATIVE_FIRM?

I'd really like to see a .firm program made in which loads the arm11 components that are needed to boot .3dsx files.

so in @Plailect 's guide, at the bottom of the page it says this:

You can now hold (Select) on boot to launch the Luma3DS configuration menu.
You can now hold (Start) on boot to launch the Luma3DS chainloader menu (note that the Luma3DS chainloader menu is only displayed if there is more than one payload detected). You can now hold (Start) + (Select) + (X) on boot to dump the ARM11 bootrom (boot11.bin), the ARM9 bootrom (boot9.bin), and your console unique OTP (OTP.bin) to the /boot9strap/ folder on your SD card (note that this will not have any kind of prompt or message).

what are these files for? I guess recovery from a brick, but are there any other uses?

Some are the tool for recovery, or changing settings. The other is to dump your Boot loader and OTP
