Hacking Moving to new 3DS

I have a N3DS with A9LH and Luma. I've bought and I'm waiting for a Majoras Mask N3DS.

What's the best way to migrate to the new one easily without messing up the current one which my friend is buying to use in the same way? (Luma etc)

Someone correct me if im wrong, but i think you have to do a system transfer as well as move all of your title keys from one system to the next, and then reinstall all of your apps.

If you dump movable.sed and title.db you should be able to just restore those to the new 3ds once it's hacked. From there you should be able to just move your Nintendo 3ds folder to the sd on the new 3ds and everything should show up.
