I know smashhax and freakyhax still work, and Ninjhax is pretty much always working. There's a few secondary exploits that are still confirmed working, but those are only if you've installed them through homebrew already.

I can confirm that OoT3Dhax works fine on 11.4.0-37 A9LH O3DS (Luma3DS v7.0) with 11.2 payload (good thing I never updated it for 11.3 lol).

I have OoT3Dhax on a physical cartridge, have had it on there for months now, anything special I need to do in order to make the 11.2 payload & hacked save file work on 11.4?

No I'm sorry you have to have the newest payload on your oot3D cart unless you can access hombrew

So just get the Homebrew channel up and running using sound hax or the oot3Dhax you already have installed and update your game cart

So if you already have homebrew boot it up with oot3Dhax in your system. At the bottom you should see an oot3Dhax update app. Use that to make a new save slot for homebrew on your 3ds system of choice with the 11.4 update to oot3Dhax. Now install it. The final step it to update all Homebrew channel payloads to 11.4 which can be followed on their website. You just need a new otherapp payload

Umm, I don't see an option to download an 11.4 payload for Old 3DS. Hax itself updated fine, but where is the 11.4 O3DS payload to use?

Uhm it appears that only N3DS has an 11.4 otherapp which would explain why it worked for me because I have a N3DS

And because I updated already after downloading the latest OoT3Dhax, I need an 11.4 payload for a "Normal" Firmware O3DS. Any ETA on when the payloads will be updated?

I don't know :/ I wish I did but I actually have no experience coding I just know how to update homebrew and other such things. I am really sorry. Maybe check noob paradise?
I also don't focus a lot on O3DS since I have a N3DS

Oh well then, I suppose I've hacked in enough talismans for MH Generations to satiate me for a good long while.

Making this stuff takes time, but eventually the guys making Homebrew will be able to crack this. Hopefully Nintendo releases an end-of-life update for O3DS that still allows them to connect to the internet so this shit doesn't keep changing 24/7.

Honestly, Nintendo is being really stupid, because they could embrace Homebrew, sell an official application for it in the eShop, and allow people to develop what they want for it, effectively becoming 3DS's equivalent of SteamPowered on PC. And they'd make an absolute killing too.
