because all plugins are in the same folder and file, you only need to refresh the same page if there is an new update with new cheats added, judging by the file date

My guess is its the same issue as what happened to the JPN one, it probably supports only English language and must be left turned on while you change

I'm playing with the english language option though, well, I'm playing the undub version actually, but I have english as the language option.

Then its probably a copy paste with a few offsets changed that still reflects the JPN one, since that had an issue initially that your language had to be set to JPN and if it was traditional chinese it would crash.

Edit : That issue was discussed here somewhere around page 3-4

I am using the USA version of the game with ENG language on. All of the other cheats I've used work. Money, all points when leveling, however that is the one cheat that breaks the game...
