Homebrew [Help Needed] Cartridge Icon Turned Blank

About the time I started using NitroHax, the icon of my Pokémon Soul Silver cartridge turned blank:

This did not change after uninstalling NitroHax, it doesn't happen on my other console and it didn't happen to any of my other DS cartridges. Before you ask, the cartridge is 100% legit and the game does work properly - although the first time that happened, for a while I could only launch the game through NitroHax, otherwise I'd be greeted with a black screen. I think updating Luma and/or NitroHax itself was what fixed it. Still, the icon remains blank'd.

Any ideas of what's causing it and how to fix it?

Do you have a DS Phat, DS Lite, DSi, or even another 3DS you can test it on?

You probably need to "refresh" your cached icon data.

To OP: be sure to clear home menu icon cache instead of refreshing it, as Cthulhu can't handle DS/DSi icons yet. Home menu will automatically create a new one afterwards.
