Plug your satellite dish into your toaster. Then download the emulator. Then hook the toaster up to your 1ds via a lightning connecter. Turn on your 3ds and open up amii-b-que and select dew rom.
You should now be able to use amii-b-que emulators!
P.s. make sure you pick dew rom, or otherwise your 1ds will go into internet nostalgia mode where it plays the he-man heyeayeayea song and displays the flying toasters.
