You have devkitpro and the Visual C++ redistributable 2015, right?

Are there any spaces in the filename? Not sure if that would affect things but it might.

Yea I have both I'm not sure if I set debit pro properly do u have skype I'll contact u

I left Skype in February. If you use Windows just use the automated installer and run it using MSYS that should be in the Start menu under devkitpro.
