Homebrew Help with an O3DS 11.4 formatted

Hello. I have troubles running HB and FBI on my O3DS with A9HL and Luma3DS, 11.4.0-37 USA. Here's the thing. My older brother gifted me his forgotten and very dusty O3DS. He updated it to 11.4 some weeks ago. After that he formatted the O3DS for me. This O3DS is hacked though, it has A9HL installed and CFW Luma3DS. The thing is that when he formatted it, all homebrew, apps, and games were erased. He didn't make a backup bwt... yeah dumb. In that case, how do you run HB on a O3DS with A9HL, Luma3DS, 11.4, without backup, and a lot of disappointment with the stupidity of my older brother? Or can you install FBI o any CIA installer via A9HL and/or Luma3DS, without HB? I'm new in 3DS Homebrew, and I had read that homebrew development for O3DS 11.4 is kind of stagnant or slow at the moment... Anyway I would appreciate whatever help you can afford!

Use godmode9 to inject FBI to H&S, then install the homebrew launcher CIA, than you're done. Just remember to also update luma

Just follow the instructions in the a9lh guide to inject FBI into health and safety. Use that to install the FBI CIA then restore your health and safety app and you now have a title manager installed and can use it to install other stuff. Just read through 3ds.guide til you find the instructions.

I tried that, godmode9 and FBI injection to H&S. But it failed, and I don't know why. In fact, H&S appears in the home menu as an empty square. ¿Is H&S patched in 11.4?

No, it's not patched, try again

I tried godmode9 and Decryp9WIP. Both failed. D9WIP seems to search H&S, but it didn't find it. What could be wrong?

Are you selecting the correct .app file?

Yeah. In godmode9 I mount FBI.cia, and run H&S injection with .app.

There is two .app, what is the size of the .app you're selecting?

The one with 724kb. Btw, I have a "files9" folder in the root of SD, "aeskeydb.bin" inside. Do I need another file in it? Is that a part of the problem?

What is the error you are getting?

I could resolved it! There was an update of some kind, idk, when I accidentally enter to eShop. The update reinstalled H&S. I use godmode9 H&S injection and all good. Anyway, I deeply appreciate your help. You're really a community.
