I feel like this has been done... can't find it anywhere though (yay me).

Interested in buying FAST racing NEO UK physical (I'm one of those physical only creeps)

If you're not clumsy, do a RegionHax.
If you're clumsy, then use OurLoader.
Hmm do out of region discs not work with haxchi/mocha because if they do its much safer to use one of them rather than do region hax. If the op does do region hax I stress highly that they set it to all regions and not just to Europe as doing that will stop all built in apps from working like the Internet browser etc so it basically semi bricks the wiiu as you then can't run the Internet browser to load homebrew channel to then run region hax to set it back to default or all regions. Seen a few people do that in posts in the region hax thread.

You're supposed to change it to a magical value, not KOR one for example.
They do have region-free but some disc games will not work anyways, that's when you need to RegionHax your Wii U.

I don't think CFW will play out of region discs.

That's why I recommended ourloader. Its a hack the OP will need to run first every time before playing but it's easy

It plays but some will still not play.
OutLoader doesn't have 100% support for out-of-region games. Some games from ex.TWN will still not work.

Is there a compatibility list?

FAST racing NEO is all I care about at the moment, and I don't forsee myself buying a british vidya game pawn shop anytime soon (would be cool though)

Try it. It should work just fine. If it doesn't, then use OurLoader.
If OurLoader doesn't work, do a RegionHax.

Yeah it works great but it's the obvious Ds factor you loose from it it's not like playing atari games on atari because Nintendo actually use to give a reason to buy their hardware
