Hacking System Transfer with CFW Nintendo 3DS - Help needed.

It was possible to do a system transfer from my CFW console to my new 3ds Console without CFW?

Your games won't transfer

You must set up cfw on the target first. You can keep your saves, but it's kinds pointless if you have to buy each game

I installed cfw a few days ago, i only have one save, i already backuped it with JK´s save manager. I cant restore NAND.bin because NNID will be transfered to my other console and i cant have the same nnid in both consoles.
Tell me, the piracy apps will not be transfered right?

Correct, any installed CIAs won't be transferred.
