Homebrew Possible speed-up emulation in vc with ntr?

Is it possible to make a plugin that speeds up the emulation of the gba vc?

I know other emulators have this support in it but it would be great if its possible in vc

Speed up? But GBA VC works flawlessly on both old and new 3DS. Or you mean speed up as in "disable framelimit" (Where games go past the 30fps and the game goes extremely fast)?

In any case, it sounds far from what NTR is capable of, since GBA emulation works in a different firmware than NTR , I wouldn't say it's fully impossible, but it would require tons of time and development.

Sorry for the misunderstandin, but yes i meant going past the 30 fps limit .

Ntr can boot in vc mode(atleast i tried it with an random byte changer plugin. Plugin itself crashes the game whenactivated. But its doing something nonetheles.

NTR and the AGB firm are completely different tho

Completely impossible with ntr. I'm fact, completely impossible in general. The only possible thing you could do is a heavy agb firm modification that overclocks the cpu, but even then it would barely make a difference.

The agb_firm completely reboots the system (on both new and old 3DS's) and basically turns the system into a gba. This reboot would clear NTR out of RAM and as far as I know, it wouldn't be possible to make NTR survive this reboot.

thank you for the explanation! then i'll stick to an gba emulator. and if necessary i can convert that save to VC thanks!
