Hacking I have a problem with arm9loaderhax

When updating my 3ds took a long time and the power off (it's an eur) when I turned it on I left on the screen above nintendo 3ds as it would load the arm9loaderhax but then it stays black and does not load, if I put another card me Send it I think it's a kind of sysnand (because I do not get the games) I only have access to the menu recovery some way to solve the problem staying with the files and save it to fix it or just fix it ??? Thank you

Restore an old nand backup see if that works. I don't understand how you worded your post. So I can't help out much.

Did you update your Luma3DS before you updated your 3DS firmware? It's currently at 7.0.1.
