I downloaded me a rom of pokemon red and played it on my n3ds xl and a couple friwnd of me said that they dont want to homebrew there systems and wanna buy the games and i said its ok vut i had the question if i can trade with thwm from a emulator on homebrew to virtual console!

I have upgraded to 11.3 without cfw so i cant install it i think
