Yes it's a 8510w laptop, there is no xkey installed.

Hmm, other then replacing the powerleads and SATA cable and visually inspecting the drive PCB and traces leading to the DVD board, then yes, your 360 might be dying.

In the video you saw that the dvd drive is fine.

One broken solder joint can cause a multitude of odd problems.
One knocked off resistor can also cause odd problems.

You prolly fucked something up with the wiring then.

Desolder everything and see if the problem still consists.
If it does, then the 360 is just fucked.

I think it's just dying (and im going to buy a jasper soon and rgh 1.2 it)

When the 360 is on it works fine.

The damaged components on the traces/traces that are used for booting sometimes aren't used anyone after the console has booted.
Hence some problems only occur when booting etc.

I have two phatty's but they are Xenon and zephyr 360's. (bad boot times)

Xenons and Zephyrs don't have bad boot times, they barely have boot times.
RGH on those really is a last resort for lost DVD keys.

It surprised me you didn't throw those away.
Their more worth as doorstops then consoles.

I only flashed the dvd drive of them.

Only JTAG Xenon/Zephyrs are worth keeping really ;/
And even those are barely kept by people as they overheat to quickly.
