Hello! (Why do I always start out like this?)
I have a 2DS that turns off when shaken up and down. When you shake it, so also hear raddling, meaning something is loose. Any idea what it can be? And no, I don't think it's the battery, the date and time does not reset to Jan 1st, 00:00.

Sounds like a loose or damaged ribbon cable. Could have happened from a drop.

Yeah, my brother did drop it, thats when the problems started to happen.
Well, someone here may able to do so for you.. I'd say buy the tools and look.
Ugg, I don't want to buy tools, so I'll need to ask my dad.

All you need is a cheap triwing screwdriver.
Once you get it open make sure all the ribbon cables are seated properly and don't look damaged, if you don't find anything wrong try reseating the cables. Be careful not to damage the connectors or ribbon cables, they are very fragile. Even a very slight tear or similar that is hardly visible can be enough to cause these symptoms. If you find a damaged ribbon cable you'll have to replace it, luckily they are cheap to replace.
