has there been any hacks to inject Pokemon through the qr code scanner in Pokemon sun & moon ?

unlikely as Pokemon sun and moon is running on latest firm and highly doubt nitendo will allow a mistake like that twice.

Look up SciresM's Sun/Moon patches. Requires Luma3DS CFW as the HANS method doesn't work for some people.

For some strange reason it not working for me, when I launch up Pokemon Sun the 3ds logo comes up then the 2 screen goes black, however when I disable the patch the game loads normal

You have to extract the code.bin from the update and use that with SciresM's patches.

Just use sumohax through ntr and use the pokemon spawner

Yes, and placed it into the folder inside the Luma folder, I followed step by step from the hub site
